AB Trades — Terms & Conditions
Welcome to AB Trades. By accessing or using our website, abxtrades.com (the "Site"), or enrolling in any program offered by ABxTrades LLC ("AB Trades," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our programs.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ABxTrades LLC.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Site, apply to our programs, purchase services, or consent to receive SMS messages from us. By using the Site or submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted personal information or enrolled in a program, we will terminate access and delete the data promptly.
2. Description of Services
AB Trades provides educational resources, mentorship, and community support for individuals seeking to improve their trading performance. Our services include but are not limited to:
The Syndicate Mentorship program (course modules, live calls, and roadmap)
Group coaching and Q&A sessions
Access to private community channels (e.g., Discord)
Trading-related templates, frameworks, and educational tools
Occasional one-on-one guidance (as included in your enrollment tier)
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or brokerage advice. AB Trades is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not solicit the purchase or sale of any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information as needed
Keep your account credentials confidential
Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You may not share your account credentials, login details, or program access with any third party. Doing so is grounds for termination without refund.
4. Payment Terms
Payment processors. Purchases may be processed through one of our authorized third-party payment processors, including (but not limited to) Whop. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable processor's terms of service and payment processing policies. Disputes regarding payment processing functionality should be directed to the relevant processor in addition to AB Trades.
Full payment or payment plan. Access to The Syndicate and other paid programs requires either full payment upfront or completion of an agreed-upon payment plan.
Payment plans. If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of your participation level, usage of the program, or completion of program materials. Once the first payment is made, the payment plan cannot be canceled or terminated.
Late or missed payments. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of access to the program and community
Continued obligation to pay the outstanding balance
Referral of the outstanding balance to collections
Legal action to recover the outstanding amount
Pricing changes. AB Trades reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect customers already enrolled at a fixed rate, but may apply to renewals or new enrollments.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, the immediate access granted to proprietary content upon purchase, and the high-commitment nature of the program, all sales are non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed the program details and understood what is being offered
You are not entitled to a refund based on lack of results, lack of participation, change of mind, personal circumstances, or any other discretionary reason
Refunds are only considered in cases of: (a) verified duplicate charges, (b) proven payment fraud, or (c) technical issues that prevent you from accessing the program and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
Refund requests under (a), (b), or (c) above must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with supporting documentation. We will review and respond within 14 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer without first contacting AB Trades at [email protected] to attempt resolution is a breach of these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback initiated in breach of these Terms, you will be removed from all program access and community channels with no refund, and you remain liable for the full original purchase amount. We may pursue collection of the outstanding balance through collections or legal action.
7. Client Commitments
By enrolling in any AB Trades program, you agree to:
Actively participate in scheduled calls and complete program modules
Apply the strategies, frameworks, and materials in good faith
Conduct yourself professionally within community channels
Not share, resell, or redistribute program materials, recordings, or community content
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Take full responsibility for your own trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes
You acknowledge that your results depend entirely on your own effort, discipline, consistency, market conditions, and numerous factors outside our control.
8. SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your phone number to AB Trades, you consent to receive text messages from ABxTrades LLC. The SMS program operates as follows:
Message types. Application status updates, scheduling and call reminders, program announcements, customer support, and (with separate consent) marketing messages.
Frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week during application and onboarding, and periodic messages thereafter.
Opt-out. You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, opt in again through any AB Trades form.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email [email protected].
Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No purchase required. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any program or service.
Privacy. SMS data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content within AB Trades programs and on the Site — including but not limited to course materials, videos, recordings, live calls, templates, frameworks, scripts, SOPs, written content, logos, branding, and community contributions made by AB Trades or its team — is the exclusive intellectual property of ABxTrades LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use program materials solely for your personal education. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any program content
Share login credentials or program access with any third party
Record, screenshot, or redistribute live calls or coaching sessions without prior written consent
Use program content to create competing educational products, courses, or services
Reverse-engineer, repurpose, or derive works from program materials
Violation of these intellectual property terms is grounds for immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages and attorneys' fees.
10. User-Generated Content
By posting messages, testimonials, screenshots, results, or any other content within AB Trades community channels or on the Site, you grant ABxTrades LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content for promotional, marketing, educational, and operational purposes.
You represent and warrant that any content you post:
Is your own original content or content you have the right to share
Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
Is not defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site, programs, or community to engage in illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
Harass, threaten, dox, or defame other members, AB Trades staff, or mentors
Post defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Promote competing programs, services, or solicitations within AB Trades communities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or program infrastructure
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site or program content
Engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other members
12. Termination
AB Trades reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any program, community, or service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following:
Breach of these Terms
Violation of intellectual property provisions
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in breach of Section 6
Disruptive, abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior
Sharing confidential or proprietary material
Any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the program, the community, or AB Trades
No refunds will be issued in cases of termination for cause. You remain liable for any outstanding payment obligations.
13. Risk Disclosure & Earnings Disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Trading stocks, options, futures, forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You may lose some, all, or more than your initial investment. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources.
Educational purposes only. All materials, calls, content, and community discussions are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing offered by AB Trades constitutes:
Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
A solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument
A guarantee of profits, income, or trading success
A recommendation tailored to your personal financial situation
AB Trades is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or commodity trading advisor. We do not manage your money, execute trades on your behalf, or provide personalized investment recommendations.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any sales figures, trading results, screenshots, or testimonials referenced by AB Trades, its team, mentors, or students are individual results and are not typical. Most people who purchase educational programs do not achieve significant results. Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, discipline, effort, market conditions, and risk management.
No income guarantees. AB Trades makes no representations or guarantees regarding income, profitability, or trading outcomes. Any examples of results are not promises or guarantees of what you will achieve.
You assume full responsibility. By participating in any AB Trades program, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes. You agree to consult with qualified professionals (such as a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney) before making any financial decisions.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all programs, services, content, and materials are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
AB Trades does not warrant that the Site or programs will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABxTrades LLC, its owners, mentors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site, programs, services, or materials, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Trading losses
Loss of data
Loss of goodwill or reputation
Personal injury or emotional distress
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to AB Trades for the program giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You acknowledge that results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control, and that AB Trades cannot be held liable for losses arising from your trading decisions or use of educational materials.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ABxTrades LLC, its owners, mentors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Site, programs, or services
Your application of any educational material or strategy
Your trading decisions, transactions, or outcomes
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
Any content you post within AB Trades communities or on the Site
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
18. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notices
If you believe content on the Site or within AB Trades programs infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
19. Modifications to These Terms
AB Trades reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Site or participation in any program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Income Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ABxTrades LLC regarding your use of the Site and any AB Trades program, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
